- Strong UX-writing chops: able to write concise, action-driving microcopy that improves user flows.
- Data-informed writer: comfortable using analytics and A/B test results to iterate on copy.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication—able to take briefs, present concepts, and translate technical input to simple copy.
- Comfortable working independently, managing timelines, and owning multiple projects at once.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
- Degree or postgrad in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, wellness, or regulated industries (advantageous).
- Experience being an individual contributor with an inquisitive, high-energy & proactive approach.
