How do I access the HabitNu portal?

Download the free HabitNu app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit app.habitnu.com on a computer

How can I reactivate my account?

Email support@habitnu.com and our team will check why your account was deactivated and assist with reactivation.

What should I do if I can’t log in?

Open the HabitNu app and select “Forgot password?”. A new screen will appear asking for your email address. Select, “Submit” after entering your email address. A password reset link will be emailed to you. Once you reset your password, navigate to the HabitNu login screen and enter your information. If you continue having issues with logging in, please email support@habitnu.com

How do I cancel my HabitNu account?

Message your coach to request disenrollment. Your coach will initiate the process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I update my email address?

Message your coach with your new email address or email support@habitnu.com. Include your current and new email address in the message. Once updated, you’ll receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions to reset your password using your new email.

How do I change my password?

Open the HabitNu app and select your profile (top right corner). Select “Change password” and follow the instructions.

Why does it say my account is deactivated?

If your account is deactivated, please email support@habitnu.com with the email address you used to sign up. The HabitNu support team will help you get back into your account.

How to contact Solera?

What devices and wearables are supported?

HabitNu syncs with Fitbit, Apple, Garmin, and Withings devices. Some participants may qualify for a free or discounted activity tracker device—ask your coach for details. You can also purchase Withings activity trackers by visiting withings.com/store.

How do I receive my scale?

Some of our programs include a Withings digital scale, which syncs with your program app. Check with your coach about your eligibility. If you are not eligible, you can purchase a digital scale from our partners at Withings here: withings.com/store.

What if I’m eligible for a scale, but still haven’t received one?

Contact your coach for tracking information. Your coach can provide updates on your shipment status.

How do I sync my Withings scale?

Download the Withings app and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the Withings app, select the scale icon, and follow the setup instructions. In the HabitNu app, go to the Health tab and tap the gear icon. Select “Connect” under Withings and follow the prompts to sync.

How do I sync my activity tracker?

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone device. Open the HabitNu app and go to the Health tab. Tap the gear icon and select “Connect” under your tracker brand (Fitbit, Apple, Garmin, Withings). You will be automatically taken to your tracker brand’s app where you will need to grant permission to sync.

What does a low EDA score mean?

Your EDA (Electrodermal Activity) score reflects sweat gland activity, which is linked to nervous system function, emotional responses, and circulation. How do I contact Withings?

To contact Withings customer support, please call 256-567-7094. Additionally, you can visit their website at support.withings.com or email their team at support@withings.com.

What should I do if I can’t connect to my live meeting?

1. Open the HabitNu app and select the chat bubbles (top right corner). 
2. Tap “Meeting” and select your scheduled session on the calendar. A new screen will appear with meeting details, including a phone number and access code. 
3. Dial in using the provided details. Note: Dial-in only provides audio access. 
4. If the problem persists, please contact your coach.

How do I join my live meeting?

1. Check your email 1 hour before your meeting for a link. 
2. Alternatively, open the HabitNu app and select the chat bubbles (top right corner).
3. Tap “Meeting,” select your session on the calendar, and follow the instructions to join.

How do I access my meeting replays?

1. Open the HabitNu app and select the chat bubbles (top right corner).
2. Tap “Meeting” and then select the “Replay” tab.
3. View all recorded meetings posted by your coach!

What if I miss a live meeting?

All live meetings are recorded!
1. To access your recorded meetings, open the HabitNu app and select the chat bubbles (top right corner).
2. Tap “Meeting” and then select the “Replay” tab.
3. View all recorded meetings posted by your coach!

I can’t find the chat bubble icon!

1. To find the chat bubble icon, make sure your Home tab (bottom left of your screen) is selected. This is also called your dashboard.
2. Look at the top right corner of your screen—your chat bubbles will be the first icon across from the HabitNu logo. You’ll also see a bell icon and either your profile picture (if you’ve added one) or the first letter of your first name.

How do I turn on my camera and microphone during live meetings?

1. Before joining a meeting, you can turn on your camera and microphone by tapping the icons in the center of your meeting screen.
2. You can also check your settings by selecting the gear icon near these buttons to make sure your device is using the right camera and microphone.
3. Once you join a meeting, the camera and microphone buttons will stay in the center of your screen. If they are red, that means your camera is off and you are muted. Just tap them to turn them on!

How do I upload my insurance card?

1. From your Home tab (dashboard), tap your profile icon (your picture or first initial in the upper right corner).
2. Select "Upload/View Files."
3. Tap "Upload."
4. Use the camera icon to take a picture of the front of your insurance card, or select the picture icon to upload an image you’ve already taken.
5. Name your document and choose "Insurance Card Front" from the dropdown menu.
6. Tap "Upload."
7. Repeat the process for the back of your insurance card.

How do I switch to a different team?

Contact your coach and request a team change. If you're uncomfortable asking your coach, email support@habitnu.com with your request and reason for switching.

Can I postpone my program start date?

If you need to delay participation, email support@habitnu.com to deactivate your account. When ready, email again to reactivate. You may need to retake eligibility questionnaires upon rejoining.

How can I rejoin?

You can rejoin the HabitNu program by contacting support@habitnu.com and letting them know you’re ready to start your program again. Our Support Team will walk you through the next steps you need to take.

How do I contact my coach?

Open the HabitNu app and select the chat bubbles (top right corner). Tap “Talk to Coach” to send a direct message. If you have trouble reaching your coach, email support@habitnu.com.

What is phase 2?

Phase 2 is the next step in your HabitNu journey! Moving into Phase 2 means you’ve completed the first part of your program and are now focusing on putting what you’ve learned into practice so you continue building habits for lifelong health!

When will I be assigned to a team, and how can I contact my coach?

You will receive an email as soon as you are assigned to a team, as long as your profile is complete. Your coach will also contact you by email, text, phone call, or direct message through the HabitNu app to confirm your participation. You can reach out to your coach anytime using the direct messaging feature. Just tap the chat bubble icon in the upper right corner of your Home tab (dashboard).

How do I confirm my participation with my coach?

To stay enrolled in most of our programs, you need to confirm your participation with your coach. Your coach will reach out to you directly to confirm, but you can also send them a direct message at any time. Simply tap the chat bubble icon in the upper right corner of your Home tab (dashboard) to send them a message.
