Job Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced,mission-driven environment. You’ll be the frontline voice for our users—helping them navigate billing, insurance, claims, and account-related queries, while identifying ways to improve the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls with U.S.-based customers.
  • Resolve billing, insurance, and claim-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and track support tickets using CRM and ticketing tools.
  • Analyze customer interactions and extract insights to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously identify gaps and suggest improvements in customer success processes.
What You Bring
  • 3-6 years of experience in U.S. customer support, preferably in healthcare billing or insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and empathetic tone.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and support ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and spot trends.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including U.S. time zones and night shifts.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and U.S. healthcare terminology.
  • Experience with tools like Jotform or Zendesk.
  • A customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
