Job Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to drive HabitNu’s India launch and scale user acquisition end-to-end. You’ll own paid and organic channels, run experiments across the funnel, and be accountable for delivering measurable growth outcomes.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role based in Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver on user acquisition and activation goals — full ownership of growth KPIs.
  • Design, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, programmatic).
  • Build and execute long-term growth programs (SEO, content led acquisition, referral, partnerships).
  • Run conversion rate optimization and A/B experiments across landing pages, funnels, and in-app flows.
  • Manage lifecycle & retention campaigns using CRM/marketing automation (email, push, in-app).
  • Analyze funnel metrics, generate insights, and translate them into prioritized experiments and playbooks.
  • Ensure measurement, tracking and attribution are accurate (UTM strategy, analytics, dashboards).
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and data teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
  • Track performance, report on ROI, and continuously optimize spend and creative based on results.
What You Bring
  • 7 years of growth marketing / performance marketing experience, ideally at a startup or early-stage company where you owned acquisition goals.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and contributing to the sales pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and at least one CRM/marketing automation or CDP (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics & MixPanel cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and building dashboards.
  • Experience running A/B tests and structured experiments; familiarity with CRO best practices.
  • Results-driven: obsessed with metrics, ROI, and rapid optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy.
  • Startup or early-stage brand experience with scrappy execution.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, wellness, or tech products.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategy, CRM segmentation, and marketing attribution models.
