Mini Goals
I just watched the video Staying Motivated.
I made the decision a while ago to break my weight loss goal into smaller steps. That way, I would not get so easily discouraged because of how long it is taking to reach my final ideal weight. Overall, it is working and I am happy to say that I have reached another mini-goal bringing my total weight loss up to 40 lbs.
This program has definitely given me the tools and the support I've needed to make it this far! Thank you.
